Top-tier Slovenian law firm Jadek & Pensa has adopted Luminance Diligence for assistance with multi-lingual M&A transactions.

The firm, which has been consistently ranked in Tier 1 in Chambers&Partners, IFLR1000, Legal 500 and other legal services directories, selected Luminance not only due to its ability to significantly reduce the time spent reviewing thousands of documents in a transaction, but also its ability to supercharge their lawyers, enabling far greater insight into a data room.
