With over 3,000 application centres and operations in 149 countries, the in-house legal department at VFS negotiate and manage an enormous quantity of contracts. Having previously relied on a patchwork of technologies to help lessen the burden on the legal team, the company sought an end-to-end AI platform which could augment contracting processes across the business. VFS will now benefit from significant time-savings by using Luminance to expedite routine contract reviews, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Service Agreements.
