As part of a wider push towards digital transformation, the company’s legal department sought a technology that would reduce turnaround time of high-volume yet highly standard documents such as NDAs and Purchase Agreements, while driving efficiencies into everyday contracting processes such as workflow allocation. Looking ahead, Lamberti will be rolling out Luminance to other business units, empowering non-legal teams such as Procurement, Finance and Sales to independently draft and negotiate compliant contracts, freeing Legal to focus on high priority work and accelerating the company’s drive towards digital transformation.
