22 June 2023 | Jaeger Glucina, the dynamic Chief of Staff at world-leading AI company, Luminance, has today been recognised in Management Today’s ‘35 Women Under 35’.
As the UK’s longest-running and most prestigious list of young, female business talent, Management Today’s 35 Under 35 champions women looking to inspire change and pave the way for the next generation of female leaders. Past recipients of the prestigious award include industry icons such as Stella McCartney, Martha Lane Fox and Karen Blackett, as well as Luminance’s CEO, Eleanor Lightbody.
The esteemed panel of judges, comprised of female CEOs and founders from some of the UK’s foremost organisations, took note of Jaeger’s rapid progression from one of Luminance’s earliest employees to Chief of Staff at the award-winning AI company, during which time she led the expansion of Luminance’s customer base from 50 to over 500 organisations across 60 countries. Jaeger was further recognised for her passionate advocacy of AI and how it can improve lawyers’ lives. As a key spokesperson for AI in the legal industry, Jaeger has addressed thousands of attendees at major industry conferences around the globe and, more recently, appeared live on Sky News to discuss novel applications of generative AI in the legal industry.
Jaeger Glucina, Chief of Staff at Luminance, commented: “I’m honoured to be included in this year’s 35 Women Under 35 list. At a time when AI is hitting the mainstream consciousness more than ever before, I am proud to help lead an organisation that provides pioneering AI and is making a real difference to businesses all around the world.” Jaeger added “I am particularly proud to be representing a company with a senior executive team which is comprised of 60% women – a true rarity in the technology industry. Through my work I hope to encourage more women from all backgrounds to enter the AI sector.”
