NTT Data’s legal team found that reviewing NDAs and MSAs consumed a considerable amount of their time, and they sought a tool that could streamline the process.

“I was quite amazed by the different features that Luminance was providing,” the team explained. “It was really complete from contract review to the contract management, contract workflow and so on. It was very, very impressive.”

“For example, one month ago I came back from holidays and I had the great pleasure to have a contract to review which has 80 pages long and I had only two hours to review it because it was for an RFP deadline,” they said. “Before Luminance, it would have been very difficult to review everything from A-Z and be comfortable with what was inside.”

“I also have an exact summary of my contracts in just a matter of a few seconds, which is humanly impossible. So, this is very interesting for me because it’s time saving and I was able to come up with a version I was very comfortable to send it back to my client.”
